Catty is a cat print done properly. The strap is covered edge to edge in overlapping cat faces, drawn in fine black line and filled in soft pastel — blush pink, peach, powder blue, sage and grey, layered so the faces sit in front of and behind each other rather than sitting in a neat repeat. The WINFOX wordmark is worked into the print itself rather than stamped over it.
It is a busy design that stays wearable, because the palette is muted. From a distance it reads as a soft pattern; up close it is dozens of cats, some in sunglasses.
Underneath, the footbed is moulded in fine wave ridges that run the width of the foot, shaped through the arch, on a lightweight one-piece sole. This colourway sets the print against a clean white footbed and sole, which is what keeps the pastels looking bright rather than washed out.
